- IIT/ NIT background with MBA from top tier B-schools
- Have hands on coding, analytics insights, data engineering and BI skills – e.g. Python/ Pyspark, sql, PBI/ Tableau/ Data engineering
- Preferably having data science modelling
- Client expectation management and strong analytics storytelling skills
- Effective requirement gathering from analytics project defining perspective, have worked in cross practice collaboration setup,
- Handled client proposals- through solution approach, project management, governance, client MBR/ QBR, able to resolve roadblocks through self-research, preferably experienced with handling RFI/ RFPs
- AI driven mindset
- Data Analytics Domain knowledge mandatory in Utility/ Construction/ Retail/ Textile-Packaging/ Supply chain
