About the role

  • Account Manager role focused on acquiring and managing a client base in Poland. Advising caregivers and collaborating closely with international teams for improved processes.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage your own client base
  • Advise caregivers and build your own pipeline
  • Manage caregiver base and act as main point of contact during assignments
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

  • Initial experience in account management, sales, or live in care
  • Fluent in Polish (C2) and good English or German
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an advantage
