About the role
- Responsable Ingénierie Industrielle managing engineering and supply initiatives at Royal Canin site. Leading improvement efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work with the regional team and the site to define the site’s role within the network
- Contribute to the development of the site master plans
- Support regional and global Industrial Engineering (IE) in providing the data required to establish the long‑term capacity vision
- Drive the deployment of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program
- Own the site’s DiB roadmap over a 3‑year horizon
- Develop and regularly support the IE/MSE organization and capabilities in Europe at the site
- Be responsible for the site’s operational KPIs and reporting to regional teams
- Ensure proactive participation of VCO in activity management
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills
- More than 7 years’ experience in continuous improvement, including team management experience
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is essential
- Experience as an operations manager
- Mobility and regular travel required
