About the role
- Global IT Audit Senior Manager leading complex IT audit in Cyber Security & Data Privacy for Mars. Focus on data privacy, technical cybersecurity controls, and enhancing governance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex-level professional IT internal audit work across all Mars segments
- Lead IT audit projects and provide consulting services
- Develop data privacy and cybersecurity audit plan
- Communicate audit results to senior management
- Provide oversight to IT Audit Managers for execution of audit projects
- Build partnerships with Cybersecurity and Privacy leaders
- Coach and consult business units on governance, risks, and controls
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of IT audit experience
- At least 5+ years at a 'Big 4' accounting or IT consulting firm preferred
- Expert understanding of key privacy principles
- Extensive audit experience with data privacy
- Experience evaluating technical cybersecurity controls
- Expert knowledge of contemporary IT risk management and control techniques
- Working knowledge of Operational Technology related cyber threats
- Expertise in privacy policies such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL
- Exceptional report-writing ability
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills preferred
