- Supervise the Billing and Accounts Receivable teams across Mexico and Peru
- Oversee end-to-end billing and receivables processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

- Provide structured performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Drive operational accountability, balancing workload distribution and ensuring goals are met
- Support organizational continuity by providing leadership depth in case of manager turnover or business expansion
- Drive process efficiency by standardizing and monitoring billing procedures
- Manage performance to strengthen team capabilities
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Eight (8) years of accounting experience
- Three (3) years experience managing teams
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI is preferred
- Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English
- Availability to support additional hours as needed, including occasional weekends
