Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certifications in Product Ownership or related disciplines preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
- Experience in the Canadian insurance industry, specifically Group Benefits is preferred
- Familiarity with the latest AI trends and technologies is a plus
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms is an asset
