- conduct initial outreach via phone calls and emails to establish connections and gather interest

- work closely with the regional team to align recruiting efforts with regional growth objectives and share insights
- build and maintain a robust pipeline of advisor prospects
- track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- strong understanding of the financial advisory landscape and the role of advisors
- bilingual in English and French for Quebec & Atlantic Canada positions
- prior experience in recruiting, sales, or client relationship management within financial services is preferred
- ability to engage with professionals and build meaningful relationships
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
