Responsibilities
prospecting & outreach - utilize LinkedIn and other tools to identify potential advisor recruits at competing firms
conduct initial outreach via phone calls and emails to establish connections and gather interest
clearly articulate the firm's value proposition to prospective advisors and engage prospects in meaningful discussions
work closely with the regional team to align recruiting efforts with regional growth objectives and share insights
build and maintain a robust pipeline of advisor prospects
track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
strong understanding of the financial advisory landscape and the role of advisors
bilingual in English and French for Quebec & Atlantic Canada positions
prior experience in recruiting, sales, or client relationship management within financial services is preferred
ability to engage with professionals and build meaningful relationships
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to present the firm’s value proposition compellingly
strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing trust and rapport with potential recruits
goal-oriented with a focus of achieving recruitment or sales targets
ability to analyze market trends and identify potential recruitment opportunities
