Responsibilities
Lead and execute campus attraction strategies in the Canadian market
Partner with career centers and student organizations
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internships and new graduate rotational programs
Plan and deliver campus engagement initiatives
Collaborate with business units to define timelines and hiring targets
Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices
Stay current on campus trends by maintaining industry networks
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience
Experience in a financial institution is an asset
Strong ability to lead campus attraction initiatives
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid knowledge of campus recruitment trends and sourcing strategies
Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience considered an asset
Bachelors Degree is considered an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
