Requirements
- 10-15 years in digital product delivery
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Retail and/or Institutional Asset Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies
- Good understanding of Martech and Marketing Enablement technologies
- Experience with Adobe tech stack is a huge plus
- Experience employing AI technologies for product innovation
- Proven success in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
