Responsibilities
Operation and administration of SAP systems (installations, updates, release upgrades, performance)
Fiori administration and support for migration from SAP GUI to Fiori
Deployment and optimization of automation tools; introduction of new technologies
Interface management (RFC, job scheduling, integration of third-party systems)
Incident analysis, support and coordination with service providers and business units
Documentation and continuous process optimization
Support with compliance topics (license metering/auditing, Segregation of Duties - SoD)
Participation in projects (release upgrades, enhancements, interfaces)
Training and knowledge transfer for business units
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science, vocational IT training, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in SAP system administration, ideally in an S/4HANA environment
Strong technical understanding of SAP Basis (system architecture, updates, interfaces, RFC, jobs)
Experience in Fiori administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of automation tools and SAP security tools is a plus
Self-directed, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement of systems and processes
