Responsibilities
Lead with clarity and trust – manage the HR Operations team
Design HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
Support managers and employees on HR matters
Coordinate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, external service providers and the works council
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Set standards, drive improvements and implement optimisations
Requirements
Minimum of four years’ experience in HR Operations
Independent working experience in roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Ideally, first experience in functional or disciplinary leadership
Familiarity with employment law, payroll tax and social security matters
Strong IT and process affinity
Service-oriented and reliable demeanor
Structured working style, forward-thinking and pragmatic problem-solving
