Responsibilities
Take responsibility for corporate matters, statutory filings, deadlines, compliance and organization;
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, operational and technology contracts, ensuring compliance with the team's aggressive SLAs (focus on speed and security);
Provide consultative legal advice to business areas, translating legal risks into practical guidance that enables the company’s growth;
Draft and update internal policies, perform compliance audits of internal processes, and deliver trainings to teams to promote a culture of compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
Experience working in corporate legal departments, either in-house or as an external/outsourced partner (law firm);
Comfortable speaking in public and delivering trainings, demonstrating didactic ability when advising employees at different hierarchical levels;
Solid foundation in Business (Corporate) Law, Contract Law and Company/Corporate Law;
Considered advantages: familiarity with tax matters, compliance, risk prevention, and fluency in Spanish.
