Responsibilities
Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke, langdurige klantrelaties
Identificeren van bedrijfsbehoeften van accounts
Begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega’s
Ontwikkelen van strategische accountplannen
Monitoren van klanttevredenheid en proactief inspelen op uitdagingen
Coördineren van nakomen van wederzijdse afspraken
Actief identificeren van kansen en ontwikkelen van oplossingen
Intensief samenwerken met Operations, Procurement en Finance
Requirements
Afgeronde opleiding op WO niveau
Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams
Omgaan met complexe abstracte situaties
Commercieel en klantgericht georiënteerd
40 uur per week beschikbaar
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
