About the role
- Seeking a Group Data & AI Director for Lyreco, enhancing data and AI initiatives within a leading workplace solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy a comprehensive Data and AI strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Leverage data to improve customer experience, increase productivity, reduce operational costs, apply business intelligence to outperform competitors and capture new opportunities.
- Oversee data lifecycle management, the development of advanced analytics and predictive models, and the definition of business-oriented data strategy and governance.
- Drive the identification, evaluation and deployment of AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and enrich the customer experience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Significant experience in data management, analytics and artificial intelligence, including leadership roles within large organizations.
- Proven experience defining and deploying Data and AI strategies that generate measurable business value.
- Strong knowledge of data protection regulations, compliance requirements and the ethical issues related to AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Big Data technologies and AI/machine learning frameworks.
- Expertise in data visualization, business intelligence and advanced analytics.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English.
