- You will be responsible for leading the store implementation process, providing support via WhatsApp and Google Meet to guide clients throughout their entire journey.
- On a daily basis, you will perform platform configurations such as layout setup, payment methods, shipping, ERP integrations, product and spreadsheet uploads, and domain publishing.
- You will also monitor deadlines, organize requests, resolve merchants' questions, and ensure the store is ready to sell with quality and on time, always delivering consultative service focused on the best customer experience.
