Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and stakeholder follow-up.
Manage recruitment administration from requisition approval through offer preparation.
Maintain and manage the ATS, ensuring accurate data, timely progression, and reporting.
Coordinate onboarding workflows, including documentation, systems access coordination, and first-day readiness.
Ensure consistent onboarding experiences across all regions.
Coordinate recurring HR workflows, including: Annual reflections and performance processes, engagement surveys, compensation and promotion review cycles.
Coordinate medical, parental, and other leave processes across countries.
Track, maintain, and prepare people data and reports for leadership and board use.
Requirements
At least five years of progressive experience in HR operations, people coordination, or a similar role.
Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Strong experience working with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools).
High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive and confidential information.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working across time zones and cultures.
Familiarity with EORs and multi-country employment contexts.
