Responsibilities
- Support financial crime compliance function in data analysis area.
- Perform data extraction, aggregation, validation, and analysis.
- Create automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Develop and maintain data automations and SharePoint solutions.
- Participate in reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and tools.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop anti-financial crime solutions.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance systems and optimization strategies.
- Perform user acceptance testing and provide trainings for end-users.
Requirements
- Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes, and IT systems.
- Strong business process management understanding.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and SQL.
- High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly.
- Fluent in English for spoken and written communication.
