Responsibilities
Technical and disciplinary leadership of two project managers in the fluid technology area.
Actively support the team in its ongoing development.
Company-wide coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and execution of tasks.
Close collaboration with relevant suppliers on customer-specific issues and projects.
Analysis of customers and markets, identification of opportunities, and support in acquiring new customers as well as developing existing customer relationships.
Independent management of key accounts in day-to-day and project business to ensure long-term collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
Implementation of targeted campaigns for the fluid-technology product ranges in cooperation with marketing.
Regular reporting of relevant KPIs and customer activities to the Head of Ludwig Meister Consulting.
Requirements
A successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training forms the basis.
Further business or technical qualifications are advantageous, e.g., technician, master craftsman (Meister), certified business specialist (Handelsfachwirt) or business administrator.
At least five years of sales experience, ideally in wholesale or technical distribution.
Solid product knowledge in fluid technology and initial experience in a leadership role.
Confident negotiation skills and a strong sales orientation.
Openness to new ideas and analytical ability to solve complex tasks.
Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
Willingness to take responsibility and further develop the product range.
Good German and English skills and confident use of CRM and ERP systems and MS Office.
