About the role
- Content Analyst responsible for capturing ESG data into the system for financial research. Ensuring data is timely, complete, and accurate while analyzing multiple sources and reports.
Responsibilities
- Collect ESG-related information through reading and analyzing multiple sources and reports
- Capture the data points completely and accurately
- Process data according to set timeliness, including data coming from Contributors
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries
- Improve usage of available tools and support to maintain and improve content quality
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback
- Support specific projects, as assigned by manager
- Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures
- Responsible for delivering high efficiency and quality data
- Proactively identify and resolve data problems
Requirements
- High proficiency in English and Thai
- Knowledge in different ESG data and products is a plus
- Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements is advantageous
- Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
