Responsibilities
Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of the entire operational team
Overall responsibility for smooth operational processes
Ensuring compliance with all contractually agreed customer requirements (e.g., SLAs, quality and performance metrics)
Responsibility for workforce planning including capacity management and cost control
Management and monitoring of personnel costs (personnel expense cost item in cost accounting relative to contribution margin 1 - DB1/CM1)
Ensuring adherence to all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational health & safety and fire protection
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Practical experience using dashboards and BI tools to analyze and manage operational KPIs
At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (at least B1)
