Responsibilities
Content Excellence: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content across all channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strict alignment with our brand tone of voice.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of company content pages, from initial planning and drafting to publishing and continuous optimisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to translate complex information into engaging, customer-friendly copy.
User Experience Support: Assist with the product registration process and user guidance (FAQs, help articles) to reduce friction and enhance the customer journey.
Quality & Standards: Develop and enforce global copy standards (style guides, glossaries) and conduct regular audits to ensure all content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements
Proven Experience: A solid background in copywriting or content editing, ideally within an in-house team or a fast-paced agency environment.
Exceptional Writing Skills: Mastery of grammar and spelling, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
CMS & Digital Literacy: Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and a strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web writing best practices.
Organisational Talent: The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Strategic Mindset: Experience in managing web content end-to-end and the ability to use feedback and data insights to propose content improvements.
