Head of Marketing responsible for Löwenanteil's marketing strategy and multidisciplinary team management. Overseeing brand building, performance marketing, and customer journey optimization.
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of a holistic marketing and growth strategy (Brand & Performance)
Translating company objectives into clear marketing goals, KPIs and roadmaps
Acting as a sparring partner for our executive team on growth, budget and go-to-market decisions
Responsibility for the marketing budget, forecasting and ROI management
Functional and disciplinary leadership of the marketing team (currently 13 employees) with clarity, empathy and assertiveness
Establishing clear structures, processes and responsibilities
Responsibility for D2C e-commerce growth (conversion, AOV, retention)
Management and optimization of all relevant paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Performance analysis, testing setups, attribution and data-driven decision making
Close collaboration with Product & Operations to optimize the customer journey
Strategic development of brand identity and brand experience
Responsibility for influencer & creator strategy (awareness, trust, conversion)
Ensuring a consistent brand presence online & offline
Planning and executing product launches, campaigns and promotions
Development of scalable marketing playbooks for growth markets
Market and competitive analysis in the Food & FMCG environment
Requirements
Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role
Proven successes in a start-up or scale-up environment
Strong background in Food, FMCG, D2C or consumer brands
Deep understanding of performance marketing & brand building
Experience building and leading larger, multidisciplinary teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality
Several years of experience in close collaboration with founders
Very good analytical skills & KPI-driven working approach
Excellent communication and leadership skills
