About the role
- Senior Analyst focusing on sustainable supply chains for L'OCCITANE in São Paulo. Implementing responsible purchasing and ESG practices within supplier relations.
Responsibilities
- Implement the responsible purchasing policy in supplier approval and contracting processes.
- Conduct socio-environmental and regulatory risk analyses across the supply chain (climate, biodiversity, ethics, human rights).
- Collect, organize and analyze supplier data for ESG indicators and corporate reporting.
- Monitor audits, performance assessments and corrective action plans with suppliers.
- Integrate ESG criteria into contracts and procurement processes.
- Develop partnerships with regenerative and positive-impact suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Sustainability, Quality, Legal).
- Participate in training on traceability, fair trade and the ethical use of biodiversity.
- Implement impact mitigation plans for supply chains.
- Support strategies for certifications (e.g., UEBT).
- Keep up to date on ESG criteria and responsible purchasing at events and conferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Sustainability or Compliance.
- Experience with traceability, supplier audits and certifications (e.g., B Corp, UEBT).
- Experience in socio-environmental and regulatory risk analysis.
- Familiarity with supplier management systems and ESG indicators.
- Knowledge or experience with certifications such as B Corp and UEBT is desirable.
- Intermediate English.
