About the role
- Technical Project Manager responsible for implementing credit card onboarding onto LoanPro's platform. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation and integration of credit card programs onto our platform.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, exemplifying exceptional customer service.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for credit card programs onto our platform.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align project expectations and ensure seamless communication.
- Utilize experience in building or onboarding card programs to provide insights during integration.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and drive project execution.
- Ensure that all onboarding processes adhere to regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
- Drive improvements in onboarding processes and methodologies based on industry trends and client feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical project management
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects, working against SOWs, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to optimize project execution and client satisfaction
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience with APIs, SQL, and basic coding knowledge
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical and business challenges
- Experience working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and enterprise clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and the ability to distill technical information for diverse audiences.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
