Responsibilities
Define and drive the overarching product strategy to align with business objectives and long-term company goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and technological advancements to keep LoanPro's solutions differentiated.
Establishing and managing a Market Intelligence program to provide the executive team with proprietary insights on competitors and emerging threats.
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to extend platform value.
Translate complex business objectives into clear, high-impact engineering and product goals.
Defining and optimizing pricing models and packaging structures to align with customer value and maximize revenue.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to refine requirements and support their evaluation of technical feasibility.
Own the strategic prioritization of the product roadmap, ensuring focus on high-impact features and enhancements.
Champion an outcome-oriented approach to ensure all product offerings are scalable, revenue-generating, and drive customer delight.
Serve as a key technical and strategic voice in executive discussions, reporting directly to the CPO.
Foster strong collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align output with organizational priorities.
Communicate the product vision and strategy clearly across all levels of the organization to inspire stakeholders.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, customer impact, and ROI.
Establish systems of accountability and continuous improvement to optimize product outcomes.
Mentor and scale a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management or engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in Fintech or SaaS-based companies, with a deep understanding of platform-based products at scale.
Exceptional ability to synthesize diverse, complex information into refined strategies and systems thinking.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner at the most senior levels.
Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud infrastructure, and data analysis models.
Strong understanding of Business Value, ROI, and data-informed decision-making.
Proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios, and working with SaaS product lines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications as well as industry-specific analysis software.
Fluency in the English language (speak, read, and write) required.
