About the role

• Junior Microsoft Workplace Consultant supporting clients with Microsoft 365 solutions and infrastructure management. Involves scripting, customer consulting, and working with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Office 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security) using PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
• Manage the infrastructure of smaller clients in Münster (e.g., Windows Server/clients, updates, firewalls).
• Contribute to the design and development of cloud and hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Azure, Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Protection, Exchange, and System Center).
• Provide customer consulting online and on-site.

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent, or a university degree such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a relevant focus.
• Career changers with relevant prior knowledge are welcome.
• Initial IT skills desirable, e.g., PowerShell, Exchange, cloud topics, Office 365, M365.
• Technical affinity and strong communication skills.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
