Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross-brand initiatives
Develop an overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure Social Media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations, and events work seamlessly together
Own the planning, execution and continuous development of content and brand strategies for our brand accounts
Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies
Help shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and audience targeting to the development of creative, cross-platform initiatives
Manage budgets and resources for all marketing projects
Produce reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media or Campaigning — ideally within the creator economy, a startup, or FMCG environment
Familiarity with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) and a solid understanding of the mechanics of the creator economy
Proven experience leading projects or teams
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
High level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile
Strong hands-on mentality and high self-initiative
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
