Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation and improvement of internal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings
- Identify and coordinate actions to optimize and consume excess inventory
- Participate in updating safety stock levels
- Prepare monthly meeting materials
- Implement a report or BI dashboard
- Track decisions and actions arising from meetings
- Attend the plant S&OP meetings
- Collaborate with category managers
- Identify excess stock
- Coordinate actions to optimize the use of this stock
- Provide inputs for internal Supply Review meetings
- Perform data analyses with the stock distribution manager
- Update safety stock levels in the Infor LN ERP
Requirements
- Master's program (work-study/apprenticeship) at a business school, university, or engineering school in Supply Chain / Logistics
- Basic knowledge of an ERP system
- Good command of English
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Organized, rigorous, and curious
- Comfortable with numbers
- Comfortable with Office software (MS PowerPoint, Excel and/or Power BI, SQL)
