Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operations and increase supply chain efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics, and Finance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on operations and customer supply chain requirements.
- Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to drive growth.
- Assist in developing joint business plans with key stakeholders.
- Lead and support projects aimed at improving performance and building capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or 8-10 years of related experience.
- Previous experience as a Customer Supply Chain Manager or Customer Operations Manager required.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving KPI targets.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- End to end Supply Chain knowledge and experience highly desirable.
