About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform a lead role in financial analysis for Division Business Plans
- Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, and cash flow forecasts
- Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions
- Prepare financial documentation for each asset acquired
- Implement and maintain a computerized financial proforma model
- Liaise with Corporate Finance to ensure financial strategies adherence
- Maintain market analysis database for feasibility analysis
- Understand competitive market by visiting sites as required
- Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline
- 3-5 years of related experience preferred
- Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use
- Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of mapping applications required
- Detail oriented with critical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
