About the role

  • Sales Promoter responsible for promoting products and maintaining displays in retail locations across Sao Paulo. Ensuring stock management and positive customer relationship in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services; organize product displays and rotate stock at points of sale according to the company's established layout.
  • Monitor stock in inventory and on shelves to avoid overstock and stockouts; place new orders; update the control system with information from the point of sale (POS).
  • Process return notes and install merchandising materials.
  • Set up product displays and clean shelves before arranging products.
  • Collect tampered, damaged, or lost merchandise in accordance with industry rules.
  • Perform minor shelf rearrangements and replenishments, ensuring displayed products are well maintained and in good condition.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma (completed).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales preferred; good interpersonal skills, proactivity, and organizational ability.
  • Availability to work in São Paulo.
