Requirements
- Bachelors and 12+ years or more of experience; Masters and 10+ years or more of experience.
- Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
- US citizenship required.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2) and one or more cloud certification.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position.
- Administration experience with cloud-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience with various cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
- Experience onboarding customer log-data from cloud platforms to on-premise or cloud-based analysis environments such as Elastic or Splunk.
