Responsibilities
Partner directly with Managing Directors and Commercial Directors to drive strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives
Structure and lead high-impact projects—developing work plans, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations
Analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports that support strategic decisions
Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
Collaborate with sales leadership to build accurate forecasts and set achievable targets
Implement and manage sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems), providing strategic insight in key areas such as forecasting, rep productivity, leading indicators, and capacity planning
Maintain relationships with third-party CRM providers
Evaluate sales team performance, deliver actionable insights, and support sales managers in identifying areas for improvement
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key sales metrics; maintain a regular cadence of reporting and support with data and analytics
Document and enforce essential processes and engagement rules to drive consistency and accountability across teams
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members by equipping them with tools, best practices, and performance expectations
Requirements
