About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for provision of quality assurance, workforce development and early intervention and prevention services
- Work with a range of internal and external partners

- Lead key partnerships and strive to reduce demand for high intensity services
Requirements
- Qualified and registered social worker
- Ability to manage both projects and finances
- Strong background in driving excellent outcomes for children and young people
- Experience in a complex Children's Services environment
- Understanding of relevant legislation and quality assurance in family services
- Excellent understanding of the Ofsted Inspection process
