About the role

  • Gerente Comercial leading the sales team for FIDC products in Goiás. Responsible for client acquisition and financial market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team
  • Develop commercial strategies for fundraising
  • Build and maintain client loyalty in the FIDC segment
  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor and follow up on the financial market

Requirements

  • Maintain an active portfolio of corporate clients (legal entities)
  • Prospect and develop corporate (B2B) clients
  • Sell and market financial products
  • Manage, expand and retain the client portfolio
  • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct client visits and business meetings
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
  • Define sales targets, commercial strategies and action plans
  • Monitor targets, sales KPIs and client portfolio performance
  • Prepare management reports
  • Monitor the financial market and competitors
  • Participate in financial industry events, trade shows and conferences
  • Work autonomously and with a results-oriented approach
