Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team
  • Develop commercial strategies for fundraising
  • Build and maintain client loyalty in the FIDC segment
  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor the financial market

Requirements

  • Have an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ)
  • Prospect and develop corporate (PJ) clients
  • Sell and market financial products
  • Manage, expand and retain the client portfolio
  • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct sales visits and in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
  • Set targets, commercial strategies and action plans
  • Monitor targets and commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare management reports with commercial results
  • Monitor the financial market and competitors
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows and financial sector conferences
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal and Operations)
