About the role
- Junior Key Account Manager E-Commerce responsible for managing E-Commerce clients and their operational needs. Collaborates closely with the Senior Key Account Manager for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Operative Steuerung und Betreuung für E-Commerce-Kunden im Tagesgeschäft.
- Verantwortung für Konditionsmanagement, monatliche Absatzplanung sowie die operative P&L-Aussteuerung der betreuten Kunden.
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Jahres- und Halbjahresgesprächen inklusive Sicherstellung der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen.
- Planung und Umsetzung von Sell-Out- und Promotionsmaßnahmen auf den Kundenplattformen.
- Mitwirkung bei Artikelanlage, -pflege und laufenden Listungen im E-Commerce.
- Eigenständige Erstellung des monatlichen Rechnungslaufs in enger Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und Trade Terms Controlling.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Key Account Management (FMCG/E-Commerce wünschenswert)
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Sales oder E-Commerce mit datenbasierter Herangehensweise
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten & exzellentes Zahlenverständnis
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint wünschenswert)
- Lösungsorientierter „Out-of-the-box“-Denker mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Begeisterter Teamplayer mit verhandlungsfähigen Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
