About the role
- Customer Service Representative managing Wholesale B2B inquiries for Portugal and Spain. Ensuring high customer service levels and effective communication with other departments.
Responsibilities
- MANTENIMIENTO DE CUENTAS DE CLIENTES
- Monitorear el Flujo de Pedidos: Supervisar todos los pedidos que pasan por el mercado Mayorista
- Gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas
- Garantizar el más alto nivel de Servicio al Cliente a nuestros clientes mayoristas.
- Ofrecer un servicio postventa que agregue valor a la relación con el cliente.
- Gestión de llamadas, pedidos, reposiciones, soporte de servicio en tienda, etiquetado, asuntos logísticos.
- Integración EDI.
- Informes y análisis de ventas.
- Reembolsos e Intercambios: Realizar los reembolsos o intercambios necesarios de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
- Gestión de correos electrónicos
- AUDITORÍA (SOXX)
- Trabajar de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de SOXX.
- Colaboración/ comunicación en conjunto al Departamento Financiero, Marketing y Red de Ventas.
- Tareas y responsabilidades ad-hoc según lo solicitado/asignado por el Gerente de Servicio al Cliente.

- Buena presentación y habilidades numéricas
- Dominio de Word, Excel y Outlook.
- Buen manejo de Excel.

- Capacidad para interpretar documentos como pedidos de clientes, correos electrónicos, normas de seguridad, políticas y procedimientos e instrucciones de operación/mantenimiento.
