About the role

  • Commercial AI Specialist enhancing customer support through technical problem-solving and automation for Billdu, a global product company.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers by answering questions and solving issues via chat and email in English
  • Understand technical issues by checking logs and identifying bugs
  • Improve and automate support processes to enhance efficiency
  • Fine tune AI and the chatbot with Intercom automations
  • Collaborate with other teams to prepare inputs for developers and QA, testing features, and identifying weak spots
  • Build the knowledge base and monitor recurring questions
  • Collect feedback from users to improve understanding of their needs

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support ideally in IT, SaaS, or digital product
  • English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
  • Ability to understand basic technical context and work with logs, bugs, or tickets
  • Experience with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Trello or similar, or motivation to learn quickly
  • Experience with AI, automation, and process improvement
  • Proactivity, independence, and drive for better solutions
  • Empathy, patience, and ability to explain things simply and clearly
