Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP/AR, journal entries, expense reporting, and account reconciliations.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formulas, etc.).
- Proficient with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Demonstrated stable work history and consistent tenure with previous employers.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
