Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the initial stage of the employee lifecycle: Attraction & Selection; Hiring & Onboarding.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a well-organized arrival experience.
Monitor and support employees during the probationary period.
Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline.
Maintain up-to-date metrics and controls for the area.

Requirements
Solid experience with end-to-end Recruitment & Selection.
Experience with active sourcing (hunting) and qualified screening.
Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous vacancies.
Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, spreadsheets and dashboards.
Strong ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
Knowledge of Quickin and/or other ATS.
Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and People Analytics.
Comfortable with administrative processes and routines (purchasing, vendors, internal organization).
