About the role

Responsibilities
- Depending on your personal development, you will take on the following tasks: initial installation and configuration of the Matrix42 application and other products.
- Advising our customers on the optimal use and customization of the products.
- Conducting workshops with subsequent documentation.
- Delivering training sessions.
- Supporting the project manager: planning work packages with effort estimation.

Requirements
- Experience with an ESM or ITSM tool (Matrix42, LANDesk, ServiceNow, HEAT, etc.) is required.
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have a strong willingness to learn new topics and pursue continuous professional development.
- You already have good knowledge of a UEM tool (Matrix42, Baramundi, etc.) and want to develop further in ITSM.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL through training or self-study will ease your onboarding.
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least C1, preferably C2 level).
- Good English skills.
