Responsibilities
Drive the Enterprise Communications and Adoption team and its associated activities and initiatives, including the expansion of key pilot programs to Enterprise-wide LHX Transformation.
Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) Functional leaders to propel LHX Transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Lead in the development and implementation of comprehensive adoption support and training plans for UDL applications and other enterprise transformation projects.
Travel is required to provide support for key activities in Melbourne (if remote).
Engage as needed with Functional Enterprise Transformation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to ensure consistency in practices, communications, and adoption.
Advance Enterprise Transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience with enterprise communication, adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement or related fields; including execution and planning of large-scale enterprise events.
