Responsibilities
- Focus on designing and preparing OCM delivery plans mainly for AI customer engagements
- Translate customer-specific AI use cases into actionable change strategies, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans
- Collaborate closely with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context, user personas, and change impacts
- Apply the Kyndryl Organizational Change Management framework to develop tailored adoption strategies that support customer transformation goals
- Develop structured OCM assets such as messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, and readiness assessments
- Identify potential change risks and resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure OCM materials integrate smoothly into overall customer engagement plans
- Adhere to project governance and documentation requirements
- Contribute insights to enhance OCM delivery practices based on customer feedback and lessons learned
- Support OCM team capability-building by sharing best practices and templates
Requirements
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally in technology or AI‑related consulting
- Demonstrated experience designing communication, training, and adoption materials
- Strong consulting and problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Experience designing or contributing to training content
- Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG, AIP) are a plus
- Experience with digital communication and training tools
- Exposure to AI, digital transformation, or innovation programs is an advantage
