- Perform code reviews, proposing improvements and development best practices
- Write automated tests and help maintain code quality
- Identify improvement opportunities in systems and propose refactorings
- Collaborate with other areas to ensure deliveries align with user needs
Requirements
- Experience with backend and/or frontend development (stack: C#, Node.js, and Python)
- Knowledge of code versioning using Git
- Familiarity with relational (SQL Server) and non-relational (OpenSearch/MongoDB) databases
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to write clean, well-structured, and testable code
- Good communication, proactivity, and teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
