Business Analyst II at Kroll supporting U.S. operations with analysis and project management in a hybrid role. Working with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and delivery for service lines.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from U.S. stakeholders and internal KBS teams.
Translate business needs into clear functional and/or technical specifications.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support development and QA.
Validate outputs against requirements and support UAT cycles to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Coordinate and manage a small portfolio of projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Document and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
Serve as a liaison between Client Services, Technology, and Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with global team members across the U.S., India, and Manila.
Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement across the service line.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or MS Project.
Exposure to Agile delivery or iterative project methodologies preferred.
