Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and rollout of the Kopenhagen brand strategy, ensuring consistency of positioning, tone of voice and brand identity;
Plan, execute and monitor institutional and brand campaigns (online and offline), from briefing to performance analysis;
Manage relationships with agencies (creative, media, PR, influencers, production), ensuring creative quality and strategic alignment;
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Trade Marketing, Digital, Product, CRM and Sales;
Support the development of brand narratives, content and activations throughout the year (seasonal dates, launches and special projects);
Analyze campaign results and brand metrics (brand health, awareness, consideration, etc.) and generate insights and recommendations;
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and movements by reference brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Experience in brand marketing or communications.
Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets).
Familiarity with brand metrics, marketing funnel concepts and campaign measurement.
Knowledge of content production, media and digital processes is desirable.
Previous experience in brand marketing, communications or branding.
Experience with integrated campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience in consumer goods, retail, premium brands or agency environments is a plus.
