Responsibilities
Document control support (QMS)
Support for internal and external audits
Management of internal CAPAs and user support
Management of the environmental management system (EMS)
Assistance with management review
Management of the software validation program
Quality support for R&D projects
Quality support for operations
Support for the inspection team
Support for calibration
Management of external CAPAs (SCARs)
Support for the FAIR process
Quality support for customers
Assistance with supplier management
Assistance with non-conformity management
Optimization of Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Data analysis / reporting (develop, use, improve…)
All other related tasks.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: Ideally 3+ years of experience and/or training in related quality engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge: Familiarity with the requirements of a quality system (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485); general knowledge of SAP or other MRP systems; proficiency with office applications (Excel, Word, etc.); knowledge of statistical methods and project management
Assets: Experience in PCBA design and manufacturing; experience using various metrology tools; knowledge of JIRA; knowledge of avionics and/or OMA
Profile: Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables; ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; ability to develop reliability reports such as Gage R&R, Cpk, Ppk, MTBF, FMEA, FPY, control plans, etc.; ability to create quality plans by setting expectations in the early stages of the customer relationship
Languages: French and English (spoken and written). Professional-level English is required to properly manage communications with our international clients and suppliers, to engage in reasoned discussions, understand the other party’s position, and negotiate an acceptable outcome for both parties.
