Responsibilities
- Hardware development of highly integrated industrial computers
- Schematic design according to requirements and specifications
- Preparation of specifications and development documentation
- Analysis of development requirements, selection and evaluation of components and circuit elements
- Supervision of PCB layout
- Planning of verification procedures, commissioning and verification of assemblies
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in electronics development with a focus on x86 platform design and architecture
- Knowledge of ARM architectures is also desirable
- Solid knowledge of computer electronics as well as analog and digital circuitry
- Good knowledge of common computer interfaces and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, etc.
- Experience with ECAD design tools
- Practical experience with EMC-compliant design
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
