Responsibilities
Own and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, networks and systems, ensuring performance, scalability and security
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of IT and cybersecurity policies, procedures and controls
Maintain and evolve the ISMS, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO standards)
Identify, assess and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities across the organisation
Monitor IT and security performance, defining and tracking relevant KPIs and metrics
Act as the main point of contact for cybersecurity topics, both internally and with external stakeholders
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring security and compliance standards are met
Oversee incident response processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT and security issues
Support and guide teams on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness
Contribute to strategic decisions regarding IT architecture, tools and investments
Lead and develop the IT & Cybersecurity team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and continuous growth
Support hiring, onboarding and performance management of team members
Foster a culture of ownership, security awareness and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or similar
Proven experience in IT management and cybersecurity, including team leadership or mentoring responsibilities
Proven experience leading end-to-end ISO 27001 certification processes, including implementation, audit and ongoing compliance
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and systems
Experience with cloud environments and architectures (preferred)
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
Experience leading or mentoring teams, with the ability to develop and grow others
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to prioritise, structure work and drive execution
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to different stakeholders across the organisation
